About the role

Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide clinical guidance and support for clients participating in our Peer Support program. The ideal candidate will have experience working in behavioral health and be comfortable developing person-centered goals, service plans, and supporting documentation.

The clinician will work collaboratively with peer support staff to help ensure that services are individualized, goal-oriented, properly documented, and aligned with each client's needs.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to assess needs, strengths, goals, and areas of support.
  • Develop and review individualized goals and service/support plans.
  • Ensure goals are person-centered, measurable, and appropriate to the client's needs.
  • Provide clinical guidance and consultation to Peer Support staff.
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to support quality and compliance.
  • Assist with updating plans as clients make progress or their needs change.
  • Collaborate with Peer Support staff and other providers involved in the client's care.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation.
  • Help ensure services and documentation meet applicable program, payer, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current professional clinical license in good standing (such as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, or other applicable license, depending on program requirements).
  • Experience in behavioral health, mental health, peer support, care management, or a related setting.
  • Strong experience developing treatment/service plans, client goals, assessments, and progress documentation.
  • Understanding of person-centered, recovery-oriented, and strengths-based approaches.
  • Strong written documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Peer Support staff while respecting the peer model and scope of practice.

Pay: $45.01 - $54.21 per hour
