Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. This role is crucial in providing support to individuals facing mental health challenges, ensuring they receive the care and attention necessary for their recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapeutic techniques and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Proficient in providing attuned psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and progress note skills
• Active, independent California LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Clinical Psychologist license
• California residence
• No Medicare patient requirement or opting out from Medicare
• Reliable internet access
• Licensed Psychotherapist
• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field
• Experience providing psychotherapy services, either as an experienced practitioner or new to the field

Responsibilities

• Dedicated support team managing administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on client care
• Commitment to professional development through training, performance check-ins, and case consultation
• Deliver individual psychotherapy services, with optional additional services for couples and families
• Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals for interdisciplinary care

Experience

Candidates should possess a background in mental health or related fields with experience in the following areas:

• Psychotherapy techniques including psychodynamic therapy and behavioral therapy.
• Working with diverse populations such as children, geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those experiencing PTSD or chronic pain.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and outpatient clinic experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, patient care protocols, and case management principles is essential.
• Experience in social work or clinical counseling will be beneficial for this role.
