Handel Behavioral Health is growing, and we're looking for licensed mental health clinicians to join our Natick team. What You'll Do

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families based on your specialty areas
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Current independent Massachusetts license:
• LMHC
• LICSW
• LMFT
• LADC
• Licensed Psychologist
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

Flexible Scheduling

We encourage clinicians to create schedules that work for their professional and personal lives.

• Full-time: 27+ sessions per week
• Part-time: Minimum of 15 sessions per week

Hybrid opportunities are available, with clinicians maintaining at least one in-person office day each week.

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 per year

Compensation varies based on caseload, schedule, and experience.
