Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Kutest Kids / Kids at Play is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide outpatient mental health services to children and families. The clinician will provide developmentally appropriate, family-centered treatment designed to support children's emotional, behavioral, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency, payer, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, schools, physicians, and other providers when appropriate and authorized.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as clinically indicated.
• Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and agency meetings as required.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards and protect client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Pennsylvania clinical license, such as LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Experience providing mental health services to children and families preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary providers.

Pay: $60.00 - $68.00 per hour
