Licensed Mental Health Clinician

Innovation Counseling Services, LLC is searching for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to provide individual comprehensive outpatient services in Spartanburg, SC at our HeadStart location. We are contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, and various private insurances; our clients currently receive services in-office, in adult day centers, assisted living facilities, public schools, and nursing home facilities. We are looking to expand and provide services to an even wider client population in Spartanburg, Greenville, and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to be a service to the community by offering quality and person-centered counseling that will provide clients with the support and skills to thrive in life. Qualifications/Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
• South Carolina License in any of the following: LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, LMSW, LPC-A, LBSW
• LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCAS, and LISW-CP practitioners must be contracted with Medicaid and Medicare preferred
• Non-contracted practitioners must be eligible for credentialing with Medicare/Medicaid. Credentialing process will be completed by Innovation Counseling Services, LLC.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Able to diagnose and assess mental health status
• Treatment planning
• Compliance with all policies and procedures
• Completion of client documentation in a timely manner

• W2 or 1099

Salary

• Based on experience

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications, however averaging 15%+ above local pay ranges
