Pay: $40.00–$60.00 per hour on average (based on insurance reimbursement)

Expected Hours: Minimum of 10 client hours per week

As we continue to expand across Central Ohio, we are seeking passionate, licensed mental health therapists to join our team and help serve a diverse client population through compassionate, evidence-based care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaborate on individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families (ages 4 through adulthood)
• Participate in a hybrid model, offering telehealth and in-person sessions as needed
• Engage in clinical supervision (as applicable) and team collaboration
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Commit to a minimum of 10 client sessions per week
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards

What You’ll Bring

• Active Ohio licensure through the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board as one of the following:
• LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT, LIMFT
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in working with a wide range of ages and presenting concerns
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a supportive team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to complete documentation on time
