Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) – California

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (W-2)

Location: California (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person, depending on availability)

Compensation

• $80–$100 per completed clinical session
• Estimated annual earnings: $120,000–$150,000 based on maintaining an average caseload of 30 completed sessions per week.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage \& Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active, unrestricted California license to join our growing group practice. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California LMFT license
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, including:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Excellent clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care
• Bilingual clinicians are strongly preferred

Preferred Clinical Specialties

We are especially interested in clinicians with advanced training or experience in one or more of the following:

• EMDR
• Eating Disorders
• Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
• Gender-Affirming Care
• Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and Mood Disorders
• Other evidence-based specialty areas
