Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Hybrid (Remote and In-Person - Offices located at 1550 N. Northwest Hwy. Suite 355, Park Ridge, IL 60068)

Part-time and Full-time options available

We are looking for a therapist that has a passion for working with couples and families.

Preference will be given to applicants who are able to commit to two in-person evening shifts per week.

We are currently seeking a warm, compassionate, and clinically skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our vibrant and growing team.

Schedule

• 4 day work week option available
• Flexible scheduling with different schedule options to choose from
• 7 hour daily shifts with a 1 hour protected break
• No more than 3 sessions at a time without a break
• 20-24 weekly caseload expectation for full time positions

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, evidence-based, therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them to navigate life's challenges and achieve their personal goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies and ethical standards.
• Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid & active IL license required (LMFT).
• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or marital and family therapy.
• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Experience evaluating, diagnosing, and treating emotional disorders.
• A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered and strength based care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and some experience working with a practice management software (ie. Simple Practice, Therapy Notes).
