Selah-Vee Mental Wellness & Spa is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, experienced LMFT to join our clinical team.

Selah-Vee is more than a traditional therapy practice. We are an integrated mental wellness and self-care environment where therapy, healing, and whole-person wellness come together.

We are looking for a clinician who wants to provide meaningful care without carrying the full administrative burden of running a private practice. You bring your clinical expertise and passion for helping people heal. We provide the environment, referrals, and support to help you do your best work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy based on your clinical experience and interests
• Conduct intake assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Complete progress notes and required documentation accurately and on time
• Maintain ethical, professional, and HIPAA-compliant clinical care
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team when appropriate
• Maintain a reliable schedule and strong communication
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and client-centered healing environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Nevada LMFT license
• License in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach
• Reliable and professional
• Comfortable practicing independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical care

SCHEDULE

We offer flexible scheduling based on client demand and clinician availability.

Evening and weekend availability is especially welcomed.

Part-time and expanded caseload opportunities are available.

COMPENSATION$55–$65 PER BILLABLE CLINICAL HOUR

Compensation is based on experience, clinical background, and scope of services provided.

Selah-Vee provides client referrals, scheduling support, billing support, and administrative infrastructure so clinicians can spend more of their time focused on client care.

Additional earning opportunities may be available through:

• Group therapy
