About the role
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Marriage and Family Therapist (Spanish Speaking) to join our dedicated mental health team. In this role, you will provide culturally sensitive psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, with some focus on Spanish-speaking clients. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges, fostering healing and resilience. Experience in telehealth clinical sessions and (in the past) in sales is a strong plus. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient intake interviews, assessments, diagnostic evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, including Systems, Trauma theory, DBT, and others required for licensure.
Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises.
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals and clinical best practices while maintaining detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide culturally competent services, incorporating Christian counseling principles and common sense when appropriate.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
Proven experience working with individuals, couples, and families within telehealth clinical settings.
Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English while demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
Experience with individual, couple/marriage, and family telehealth clinical environments is highly desirable.
Experience in sales (in the past) is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
