Pay: $50,000 – $95,000/year

Two Locations: Orlando, FL (SW Orlando and UCF area)

Position Type: W-2 Employee | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid

At Growing Branches Counseling, we are a expanding, heart-centered relational and trauma therapy group practice serving Central Florida. With a thriving Dr. Phillips location and our new UCF area location, we are building something special. And we want the right clinicians to grow with us.

Who We’re Looking For

• Understand the importance of a trauma and attachment focused framework for therapy
• Enjoy working with individuals, couples, families—and maybe especially kids & teens

Bonus points if you’re trained in

EMDR, Couples Therapy/Emotion Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Brainspotting or DBT

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Help clients heal trauma and build stronger relationships
• Use (or be trained in) EMDR and other evidence-based modalities
• Build a full caseload within 3–6 months
• Be part of a practice that blends clinical excellence with real human connection
• EMDR training required (within 6 months if not already trained).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Licensed or license-eligible in Florida
• Passion for trauma and relational work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive, compassionate care
