Elite Professional Providers, LLC is seeking an experienced, independently licensed Psychotherapist to oversee psychiatric behavioral interventions across our partner adult care facilities in Nebraska.
This position blends the flexibility of telemedicine encounters with strategic in-person rounding.Under Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regulations, this position explicitly targets clinicians holding advanced mental health credentials permitting the independent treatment of major mental illnesses without supervision. You will manage therapy panels across:
- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
- Long-Term Care (LTC) Facilities
- Assisted Living Facilities (ALF)
- Residential Care Facilities (RCF)
- Memory Care Facilities
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Psychiatric Care Delivery
- Diagnostic Intakes: Perform thorough clinical intake examinations, mental health diagnostic reasoning, and risk assessments under DSM-5-TR standards.
- Geriatric Psychotherapy Specialty: Deliver targeted therapeutic protocols for complex diagnostic scenarios, including adjustment disorders, vascular cognitive depression, and behavioral issues linked to advanced neurocognitive decline.
- Care-Plan Integration: Partner directly with the facility’s attending Medical Directors and consulting PMHNPs to ensure psychological and pharmacological strategies are perfectly aligned.
2. Nebraska Regulatory Compliance & CMS Quality Measures
- Major Illness Verification: Ensure accurate diagnostic coding and charting that matches Nebraska DHHS independent clinical guidelines for major mental illness management.
- CMS Documentation Execution: Provide meticulous clinical tracking notes detailing behavioral responses to help facilities defend against the overuse of antipsychotic or anxiolytic chemical restraints via Gradual Dose Reductions (GDR).
- Contemporaneous Documentation: Complete electronic session notes promptly to maintain uncompromised facility compliance and streamline insurance processing.
3. Multi-Facility Rounds & Workflow Architecture
- Rounds: Complete required facility loops utilizing an optimal physical visits
- Caseload Optimization: Coordinate with internal schedulers to construct efficient facility routes that eliminate administrative backtracking.
Practice Workflow & Administrative Relief
- Administrative Teams: Background operations, document signing chains, and prior insurance authorizations are fully executed by our office support staff.
- Integrated Support: Medical, physical, and pharmaceutical needs are completely managed by separate on-site provider panels, leaving you free to focus strictly on therapy.
- Zero On-Call Burden: No mandatory night or weekend on-call shifts; full triage coverage is handled by our staff.
Pay Models & Compensation Options
- Visit Revenue Model: Receive 60% of collected insurance claims for all physical or telemedicine therapy visits.
- Tax Architecture: Highly customizable contract structures tailored to your practice goals: choose between full 1099, W2 with benefits, or a hybrid layout.

Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Human Services.
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license issued by the Nebraska DHHS that permits independent treatment of major mental illnesses (specifically LIMHP or LCSW). Note: LMHP-only licenses do not satisfy independent diagnostic requirements for this setting.
- Proven track record implementing behavioral or cognitive therapies within post-acute or institutional landscapes.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
