Job Title: Licensed Couples & Women's Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid – Lake Nona, FL)

Location: Lake Nona, FL (Hybrid – in-person evening sessions required 2 days/week, flexible otherwise)

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 employee)

Schedule: 20–22 client sessions per week. Ideally in person two evenings a week (4–8pm, 4 clients each evening). The rest of your schedule is flexible.

Current Hiring Priority (Updated September 2026): We're hiring one full-time, fully licensed therapist who is comfortable seeing couples, to start in October or November. We have a waitlist of insurance clients ready to be seen, so you can build your caseload quickly. This role is not open to Registered Interns.

The Role

You'll support couples, women, moms, teens, and families in creating lives that feel aligned, empowered, and fulfilling.

Caseload Expectations

Full-Time: 20+ clients per week, including couples

Two in-person evenings per week (4–8pm) preferred

Connection & Collaboration

Monthly team meetings

Monthly 1:1 check-ins

Clinical Responsibilities

Timely documentation (notes, assessments, treatment plans) completed within each 2-week pay period

Creative Contribution

Participate in creating monthly social media content (stories or reels) that reflects our mission

Position Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Active, full Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Experience with and willingness to see couples
• Ability to maintain ~26 hours/week (20+ clinical, 5 admin, 1 meeting)
• Availability for in-person sessions in Lake Nona
• Alignment with our values and mission

Preferred

• Availability two evenings per week, 4–8pm, in person
• Gottman, EFT, or other couples-focused training
• Advanced perinatal mental health training (PMH-C)
• EMDR, DBT, ACT, or other certifications
• Experience in a group practice setting

Compensation

We believe therapists should be compensated for all the work they do, not just the hour in session.

• Clinical Rate (Client Sessions): $45–$50/hour
• Administrative Rate: $25/hour (documentation, meetings, onboarding; 15 minutes of admin time allotted per client session)
• Creative Rate: $30/hour (social media/blog contributions, approximately 1 hour per month)
