Licensed Couples Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC)

Calmify Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Licensed Couples Therapist to join our growing mental health team in Henderson, Nevada.

In this role, you will provide counseling services to couples and individuals experiencing relationship challenges. You will help clients improve communication, resolve conflict, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connections, and develop healthier relationship patterns.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with diverse populations and uses evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to create a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for couples, families, and individuals.
• Provide couples therapy, family therapy, and individual counseling services.
• Help clients address communication concerns, conflict, trust, intimacy, parenting, separation, infidelity, and other relationship challenges.
• Use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable treatment goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Assess and respond appropriately to crisis situations while supporting client safety and stability.
• Maintain accurate and timely assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation.
• Follow HIPAA requirements, ethical standards, insurance guidelines, and agency policies.
• Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, training, and care coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, healthcare providers, and community partners when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.
• Active Nevada license as an LCSW, LMFT, CPC, psychologist, or another qualified independently licensed mental health professional.
• Previous experience providing couples, family, or relationship counseling.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of relationship structures.
• Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Familiarity with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, ICD-10 coding, and medical necessity requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to respond appropriately and professionally during crisis situations.
• Experience providing both in-person and telehealth services is preferred.
• Couples therapy training or certification, such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, or another recognized couples therapy approach, is preferred but not required.

Schedule and Position Details

• Full-time contract position.
• Salary range: 72,356--86,325
• Flexible 40-hour workweek.
• This is primarily an onsite position at our Henderson, Nevada office.
• Telehealth flexibility is available for up to one day per week.
• Credentialing and full administrative support are provided.
• A consistent client base is provided.

Pay: $72,503.29 - $87,315.79 per year
