Licensed Couples Therapist – LCSW / LCPC / LMFT

Full-Time Contract Position | Tuesday–Saturday

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Calmify Wellness Center is seeking a fully licensed therapist who enjoys helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and create stronger relationships.

This is a great fit for an experienced clinician who wants meaningful couples work without having to manage every part of a private practice alone.

Calmify provides support with referrals, scheduling, intake, billing, credentialing, EHR systems, and day-to-day administrative needs so you can focus more of your energy on your clients.

What You'll Do

• Provide couples and relationship counseling
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Help couples improve communication, manage conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection
• Support clients with concerns such as intimacy, infidelity, parenting stress, life transitions, and relationship repair
• Provide adult and family therapy when appropriate to your experience and scope
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and other clinicians when consultation is helpful
• Maintain consistent availability and continuity of care
• Practice in accordance with professional, ethical, and licensing standards

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Nevada license as an LCSW, LCPC/CPC, LMFT, or another independently licensed behavioral-health professional authorized to provide psychotherapy
• Experience providing therapy to adults and/or couples
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Professional liability insurance and required professional credentials
• Dependability and consistent client availability

Compensation

$75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Final compensation and contractor terms will be outlined in the Independent Contractor Agreement.
