Calmify Wellness Center | Henderson, Nevada
Calmify Wellness Center is seeking a fully licensed Nevada therapist who enjoys helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and strengthen their relationships.
This is a full-time position with a caseload provided. Scheduling and billing are completely handled for you, allowing you to focus your time and energy on providing excellent clinical care.
The position includes both in-person and telehealth services and follows a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
About the Position
Our couples therapist will primarily work with adults and couples experiencing relationship concerns such as:
- Communication difficulties
- Ongoing conflict
- Trust and relationship repair
- Infidelity
- Intimacy concerns
- Parenting and co-parenting stress
- Separation and relationship transitions
- Premarital concerns
- Emotional disconnection
- Life changes affecting the relationship
You may also provide individual or family therapy when appropriate to your experience and scope of practice.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and couples psychotherapy
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain consistent availability and continuity of care
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and other clinicians when consultation is helpful
- Practice according to professional, ethical, and Nevada licensing standards

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a therapist who is clinically strong, dependable, personable, and comfortable helping couples work through difficult and sometimes emotionally complex issues.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Nevada license as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or another independently licensed behavioral health professional authorized to provide psychotherapy
- Experience working with adults and/or couples
- Ability to independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent full-time caseload
- Dependable and professional approach to client care

Compensation
$75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Final compensation and position terms will be discussed during the interview process.

Work Location: In person
