As a Licensed Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their mental health journeys. What you’ll do
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based and EMDR therapy.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in high-stress situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with best practices in counseling and mental health care.
Basic qualifications
- Valid Texas licensure as a fully licensed Professional Counselor.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, and behavioral health documentation practices.
- Team-oriented Professionalism
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in child & family counseling, addiction counseling, grief counseling, or PTSD care.
- EMDR Trained
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote counseling services.
- LPC, LCSW or LMFT - Fully Licensed Preferably

Projected Total Compensation: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
