Licensed Counselor

Pineland BHDD is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed or Associate Licensed Counselors to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families.

Clinical supervision is available for eligible associate-licensed clinicians pursuing full licensure. Compensation will be based on licensure level and experience.

What You'll Do

Assessment & Treatment Planning

• Conduct intake assessments, screenings, and referrals
• Complete psychosocial assessments and determine service needs
• Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support successful outcomes
• Coordinate treatment planning and discharge planning activities

Therapy & Clinical Services

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Support individuals in achieving recovery and treatment goals
• Address barriers to progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and support when appropriate

Care Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, behavioral health specialists, quality assurance staff, and other treatment team members
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers
• Make appropriate referrals to community resources and support services
• Facilitate communication among all parties involved in treatment and recovery

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
• Maintain treatment plans, assessments, and service records in accordance with agency standards
• Ensure documentation is entered into CareLogic and signed by required deadlines
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA

Qualifications

Licensed Clinician Qualifications (preferred)

• Master's Degree from an accredited program
• Full professional licensure in the area of assignment (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Two years of related clinical experience preferred

Associate Licensed Clinician Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited program
• Associate licensure in the area of assignment (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, or equivalent)
• Two years of related clinical experience preferred

All applicants will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report check, drug test, as well as National (NCIC) and local (GCIC) criminal background checks.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
