Licensed Counselor — W-2 | Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation and Benefits (W-2)
Full-Time Licensed Clinicians
$67,000 – $102,000 annual earning potential with updated compensation structure.
Our intake and admin systems are designed to support consistent session volume and reduce time spent on non-clinical tasks.

Part-Time Licensed Clinicians
Part-time roles are best suited for clinicians who want to maintain a consistent weekly schedule and contribute meaningfully to the team. Specific session expectations and benefits eligibility are reviewed early in the interview process to ensure clarity and fit.

Schedule
Primarily in-person, with telehealth available when clinically appropriate and requested
- 4-day work week option available
