Position Overview

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to fill the following roles:

• Fluent Spanish-speaking therapists.
• Certified Social Workers.
• Play therapist.
• Filial therapist.
• Certified couples therapists.
• Therapists specializing in neurodivergence (for children, teens, and adults).
• Therapists experienced in working with children as young as 3 years old.
• Therapists who specialize in treating substance use disorders (teens and adults).

The ideal candidates will be passionate about providing client-centered care while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, detailed documentation in line with practice policies.
• Participate in regular case consultations, supervision, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and administrative staff to ensure cohesive client care.
• Support community outreach and client education initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Active license in Florida as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent.
• Preferred bilingual.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong clinical expertise in therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to practice guidelines.

Contractual Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality and secure client information in line with HIPAA standards.
• Maintain up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and billing documentation.
• Participate in scheduled supervision, case consultations, and monthly training.
• Follow practice protocols for office usage and client scheduling.

Additional Information

• Position Type: 1099 Subcontractor (Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract options).
• Compensation: Salary (based on hours worked and experience).
• Schedule: Flexible schedule with opportunities for day, evening, and weekend shifts:
• After-school hours
