Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Clinician (LPCC, LPC, LISW, LSW, IMFT, MFT, Psychologist) to join our dedicated mental health team. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical services to diverse populations across outpatient and inpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges, trauma, developmental disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference through evidence-based practices, innovative treatment planning, and compassionate patient care. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and case management.
Duties
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
- Provide individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and behavioral therapy.
- Implement evidence-based interventions including applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling.
- Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management techniques and de-escalation strategies while ensuring client safety.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations; maintain accurate medical records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Facilitate intake assessments for new clients and coordinate case management services for ongoing patient support.
- Collaborate with medical professionals on patients with co-occurring disorders or complex needs involving developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Engage in clinical research initiatives to improve service delivery and contribute to data collection efforts for quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Psychologist license or equivalent in the respective state.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults or geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings.
- Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment planning, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and clinical documentation standards.
- Experience delivering telehealth therapy services using secure platforms; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, behavior management techniques, and psychopharmacology knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to handle crisis situations with professionalism and compassion; experience in crisis intervention is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration; experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is advantageous.

Pay: $56,965.68 - $68,603.82 per year
