Licensed Clinician (LPC/LMFT/LCSW)

KL Counseling is a growing private practice in Baton Rouge serving primarily high-achieving women navigating anxiety and burnout, along with a smaller number of adolescent clients. Our clinical approach is blended with a CBT-based with DBT integration and a strong emphasis on psychoeducation. We're building a practice that's financially sustainable and fair for clinicians, while staying deeply protective of our clients' best interests.

We're looking for a full-time, independently licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our team and carry a full caseload of adult clients.

What You'll Do

• Carry a full caseload — with reasonable minimum direct clinical hours per week
• Conduct sessions in a combination of in-person and telehealth formats
• Complete timely clinical documentation — progress notes, treatment plans, intake paperwork
• Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and required trainings
• Hold at least 4 sessions per week outside of 9am–4pm Monday–Thursday (early morning, evening, or weekend)
• Schedule your own recurring client sessions once a caseload is assigned

What We're Looking For

• Independent clinical licensure in Louisiana (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• A real interest in working with high-achieving, anxious adult clients
• Strong, reliable documentation habits
• Willingness to hold some non-traditional hours
• A collaborative, direct approach to being part of a small, growing team

Compensation & Benefits

• Direct Clinical Rate for session time plus Administrative Rate for progress notes, meetings, etc
• Bi-weekly pay
• Health insurance stipend after 90 days, full-time
• CEU stipend after 6 months, full-time
• PTO accrual after 3 months, full-time
• Practice-issued laptop and fully furnished office

Pay: $42.00 - $52.00 per hour
