Compensation: $70 per clinical session

Gemas Psychotherapy and Counseling Services is a growing group practice providing in-person services in Torrance and telehealth services throughout California.

We are seeking licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) who are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care within a structured and supportive practice environment.

At Gemas, clinicians can focus on providing therapy while our team manages the administrative and operational responsibilities of the practice.

## What You Will Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy

• Provide couples and family therapy, if desired

• Work with children and adolescents, if desired

• Provide services in person and/or via telehealth

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Deliver high-quality care consistent with ethical and professional standards

## Schedule Expectations

We collaborate with clinicians to create schedules that align with their availability and professional goals.

Because many clients request after-work appointments, evening availability is preferred but not required.

Part-Time: Minimum of 15 sessions per week, with 15–20 preferred

Full-Time: 30+ sessions per week

Our goal is to build sustainable caseloads that support both excellent client care and clinician work-life balance.

## Compensation

• $70 per clinical session

• Paid for qualifying no-shows

• Consistent referral and caseload-building support

## Qualifications

• Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing

• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism

• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality documentation

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
