Torrance, CA 90503 | Hybrid In-Person and Telehealth $70 per clinical sessionFull-Time or Part-Time Position

Gemas Psychotherapy and Counseling Services is a growing group practice serving clients throughout California via telehealth and in-person at our Torrance office.

We are seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who are committed to providing high-quality, ethical, and client-centered care within a structured and supportive practice environment.

At Gemas, clinicians are able to focus fully on therapy while our team manages the administrative and operational responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Provide individual therapy
• Provide couples and family therapy
• Work with children and adolescents if desired
• Provide services in-person and/or via telehealth
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality care aligned with ethical and professional standards

Schedule Expectations

We collaborate with you to create a schedule that aligns with your availability and goals. Because many clients request after-work appointments, clinicians are expected to offer one evening per week to support client access.

Our goal is to build sustainable schedules that support both client care and clinician work-life balance.

Compensation

• $70 per clinical session

Compensation is paid per completed clinical session.

Qualifications

• Active California license as an LMFT or LCSW in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality documentation
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
