Part-Time LCSW – Clinical Support - 16 hours per week
Keystone House, Inc., a nonprofit mental health agency in Norwalk, CT, is seeking a part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical support to the Director of Client Programs and serve as a clinical resource and backup for the agency’s MRO residential group home and supervised housing programs.
The LCSW will work collaboratively with the Director of Client Programs and program leadership to support the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented, person-centered services to adults with mental illness. This position will provide clinical guidance, , programming support, and crisis intervention while assisting the Director in maintaining continuity of clinical services.
Responsibilities include
- Assist the Director of Client Programs with clinical oversight and support of residential and community-based programs.
- Serve as a clinical resource and backup to the Director of Client Programs during absences and as otherwise needed.
- Support program teams in providing high-quality, recovery-oriented, person-centered care to adults with mental illness.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual and group programming designed to address clients’ clinical, rehabilitative, and recovery needs.
- Provide or assist with 1:1 clinical interventions and supportive services based on client needs and program goals.
- Assist with the clinical assessment and review of referrals, admissions, continued stay, and discharge planning.
- Participate in crisis intervention and provide clinical support during challenging or emergent situations.
- Assist program staff in maintaining timely, accurate, clinically appropriate documentation and meeting agency and applicable clinical documentation standards.
- Promote the use of evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and person-centered approaches throughout the agency’s programs.
- Assist in identifying clinical needs, service gaps, and opportunities to improve outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with the Director of Client Programs and program teams to promote continuity and quality of clinical care.
- Perform other clinical duties as assigned by the Director of Client Programs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour
