Are you an experienced LCSW looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact beyond the traditional clinical role?

Keystone House, Inc., a nonprofit mental health agency in Norwalk, CT, is seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical and administrative leadership across our residential and community-based programs serving adults with serious mental health conditions.

This is a leadership opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about recovery-oriented care, person-centered services, staff development, program excellence, and improving outcomes for individuals living with mental health challenges.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will help shape the direction and quality of our programs while supporting dedicated teams who provide essential services to our clients.

You will:

• Provide clinical leadership and program oversight to ensure high-quality, recovery-oriented, person-centered care.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to our MRO Group Home, Supervised Housing Program, and Community Living Center.
• Provide strong clinical direction and consultation to program teams.
• Lead and support program development and expansion to meet the evolving rehabilitation needs of our clients.
• Screen and monitor referrals, admissions, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
• Direct crisis intervention efforts and provide clinical support during challenging situations.
• Develop and deliver staff education, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards, including Connecticut DMHAS, DPH, CARF, HUD, and Department of Labor requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Medicaid guidelines, ethical standards, and best practices related to client care, service delivery, and billing.
• Oversee chart audits and clinical documentation, ensuring records are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant.
• Collaborate with agency leadership and program staff to continually strengthen services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an LCSW who is:

• A strong clinical leader with excellent judgment and communication skills.
• Passionate about serving adults with serious mental health conditions.
• Experienced in mental health, residential services, community-based programs, or behavioral health leadership.
• Comfortable providing clinical supervision and administrative leadership.
• Skilled in crisis intervention, documentation, program development, and regulatory compliance.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to balance clinical priorities with operational responsibilities.
• Committed to recovery, rehabilitation, independence, and person-centered care.
