Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Broken Wings Ministry is seeking a compassionate, professional, and clinically excellent Licensed Clinician (LMHC/LMFT/LCSW) to join our growing private practice in Orlando, Florida.
This is a full-time, in-office position for a clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional mental health care while working collaboratively within a supportive team environment. We are looking for someone who values professionalism, clinical excellence, and building meaningful relationships with clients while contributing to the continued growth of our practice.
At Broken Wings, we believe that exceptional client care begins with exceptional clinicians. Our administrative team handles scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, and many of the day-to-day operational tasks so our clinicians can focus on providing outstanding care to the clients they serve.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults based on your clinical specialties.
- Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain a full-time clinical caseload in accordance with practice expectations.
- Provide in-person counseling services from our Orlando office.
- Complete accurate, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation in accordance with practice policies and professional standards.
- Maintain client confidentiality while complying with HIPAA and all applicable ethical standards.
- Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and client care.
- Participate in case consultation, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain active licensure and continuing education requirements.
- Respond to client communications and documentation requests within established practice guidelines.
- Provide ethical, compassionate, client-centered care while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Qualifications
- Active Florida LMHC/LMFT/LCSW license in good standing (required).
- Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to work full-time from our Orlando, Florida office.
- Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, children, adolescents, families, or other specialty populations is preferred.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office position located in Orlando, Florida. At this time, we are not hiring for remote or hybrid therapist positions.
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
