Your Path Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a fully licensed therapist and clinical supervisor who can carry a caseload, supervise pre-licensed therapists and interns, and help us build a practice where clinicians care deeply, are trusted with autonomy, lead with curiosity, build momentum, and have fun along the way.

We handle the admin side so you can focus on your clients, your team, and being a great clinician.

The Role

You’ll maintain your own caseload while supervising and mentoring pre-licensed therapists and graduate-level interns.

We’re not looking for someone who simply signs off on hours. We want someone who enjoys talking through hard cases, asking good questions, helping newer therapists sharpen their clinical judgment, and giving them the confidence to grow into strong clinicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising pre-licensed therapists and graduate-level interns
• Leading individual and group supervision
• Providing case consultation around treatment planning, ethics, documentation, and difficult clinical situations
• Mentoring newer therapists as they develop confidence and clinical judgment
• Maintaining your own therapy caseload
• Participating in occasional trainings and helping strengthen the clinical side of the practice

Our goal is simple: supervision should make therapists better, not just help them collect hours.

Rate is based on experience, licensure, and role fit.

We’re Probably a Great Fit If You

• Are a fully licensed Utah therapist such as an LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or equivalent independently licensed clinician
• Are qualified to supervise pre-licensed therapists and/or graduate-level interns
• Have strong clinical experience and judgment
• Actually enjoy teaching and mentoring other therapists
• Can give clear, honest, constructive feedback
• Want autonomy while still being part of a connected team

Previous supervision experience is mandatory.
