Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Master’s Level Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking an LPC or Master’s Level Therapist to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This position offers a built‑in caseload, steady referrals, and strong administrative support so you can focus on providing high‑quality clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and diagnostic evaluations (ICD‑10)
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Develop treatment plans and maintain timely, HIPAA‑compliant documentation
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• Provide services across the lifespan: children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support continuity of care
• Provide in‑office and telehealth services

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field
• Alabama license (LPC, ALC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW) or license‑eligible
• Experience providing therapy in outpatient or similar settings
• Comfortable working with all age groups
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
