Core Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for complex clinical populations.
- Co-lead and coordinate care within day treatment and IOP teams.
- Complete high-quality clinical documentation and contribute to treatment planning and case consultation.
- Participate in program development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD).
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, MFT, Social Work, or related field.
- Clinical experience with trauma, eating disorders, addictions, and/or complex mood presentations.
- Strong assessment, case conceptualization, treatment-planning, and therapeutic alliance skills.
- Experience or comfort leading/co-facilitating groups and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to program growth.
