Core Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy for complex clinical populations.
  • Co-lead and coordinate care within day treatment and IOP teams.
  • Complete high-quality clinical documentation and contribute to treatment planning and case consultation.
  • Participate in program development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Current California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PhD, or PsyD).
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, MFT, Social Work, or related field.
  • Clinical experience with trauma, eating disorders, addictions, and/or complex mood presentations.
  • Strong assessment, case conceptualization, treatment-planning, and therapeutic alliance skills.
  • Experience or comfort leading/co-facilitating groups and collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, clinical excellence, and contributing to program growth.
