Water's Edge Therapy is a thriving, compassionate, progressive, down-to-earth private practice, looking to add Licensed Clinical Therapists (LICSWs, LMHCs and LMFTs) to our growing team of amazing mental health providers. We value collaboration, clinical excellence, and creating a supportive environment for both our clients and therapists.

Flexible - 10-40 clinical hours/week.

Licensed Clinical Therapist Qualifications

• Licensure as a LICSW, LMHC or LMFT
• Credentialed with BCBS, United (preferred)

Licensed Clinical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing all clinical needs of caseload
• Completing diagnostic assessment
• Developing and implementing client-focused treatment plans
• Facilitating ongoing psychotherapy sessions at a frequency-based on individual clients needs
• Maintaining clinical documentation on our electronic health record and completing clinical notes daily
• Coordinating with other providers (as needed) to best support the treatment process
• Referring clients to a higher level of care (if/when necessary)
