About us
Fortitude Counseling Center LLC, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapists to provide hybrid therapy services to clients. This position offers flexible hours for professionals looking to supplement their income and experience.
Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors, Licensed Mastered Social Workers and Graduate Interns are encouraged to apply who needs supervised hours towards their independent license.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
▪ Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
▪ Active license in the State of Maryland , a copy must be provided to Fortitude Counseling Center LLC.
▪ Available to conduct at least 8-10 clients sessions per week after 3 months, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by clinician and Fortitude Counseling.
Other Qualification Preferences:
▪ Prior experience in a private practice setting is recommended and Active liability insurance.
▪ Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, anger management, etc.).
▪ Psychology today profile needed upon hiring.
Hours:
Work hours and schedule may vary depending on client and clinician needs. Client sessions are held in the office of Fortitude Counseling Center and online.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site/off site clinical counseling services to clients.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
- Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Fortitude Counseling.
- Timely complete written records for each client including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (by Friday of each week). Keep client files accurate and up to date.

Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
