Licensed Clinical Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to support our patients' growth and well-being.

Duties

• Conduct individual therapy sessions focused on mental health counseling for adults.
• Engage in crisis management to address immediate patient needs effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Provide support and education to families

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure as a therapist or counselor in the state of practice is required.
• Credentialing with Medicare and United Healthcare, preferential consideration will be given to those with additional credentialing with commercial insurances. BlueCross credentialed candidates will receive priority review.
• Strong skills in crisis management and patient care techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and their families.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in mental health counseling.
• Twice-a-month virtual team meeting for supervision/staffing purposes.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Contractor position with a 70/30 split for the Clinician. There are no benefits for this position as it is a contractor position.
