We also specialize in working with individuals navigating mood disorders, dual diagnosis, and providing a holistic and systems approach. Being person-centered, we strive for cultural competence in working with individuals in the therapy room. This practice prioritizes authenticity, individuality, and accessibility. Lavender Space is currently seeking a qualified mental health professional to join the practice.

Clinicians will be able to create and manage your own caseload. You will provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy. Using provided software for PHI, you will document treatment plans, notes, and other information pertinent to therapeutic services provided. You will have the ability to create your own schedule and hours, work with specialized interests, and access additional trainings. This is a unique opportunity to expand clinical experience, private practice knowledge, and grow as a practitioner.

Responsibilities include:
Provide effective individual, couples, family, or group therapy
Manage caseload and schedule
Provide applicable client care coordination, referrals, resources, and termination
Market to the community to grow caseload in desired specialization
Qualifications and Skills include:
Current valid license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-A, LMSW)
Previous clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical skills
Ability to manage caseload and schedule using EHI software
Knowledge of HIPAA protocols and strong documentation skills (clinical notes, treatment plans, and assessments)
Knowledge of client care coordination, referrals, resources, and termination process
Person centered, strengths based, and inclusive mind set
Specialization or desire to formulation specialization a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
