This is a fully remote position, available on a per diem or full-time basis, where clinicians will provide virtual cognitive health services to individuals at risk of, or who are experiencing cognitive decline.

We are seeking licensed and experienced LCSWs, preferably with expertise in gerontology and cognitive aging/health to join our team. Augmented by a cutting-edge AI-platform, our clinicians conduct telehealth-based cognitive evaluations, and deliver cognition-oriented treatments. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about integrating technology-driven cognitive interventions into their practice and are eager to be part of an innovative and rapidly growing company.

We are looking for a candidate with a current license in NV. Bonus if you also have a CA license.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual cognitive evaluations using evidence-based neurocognitive measures.
• Develop treatment formulations and treatment goals
• Work in conjunction with an artificial intelligence system
• Deliver therapy to people on the continuum of cognitive health.
• Offer psychotherapy to support emotional and mental well-being in aging populations.
• Stay informed on best practices in neurocognition, cognitive interventions, and aging-related cognitive decline.

Essential Criteria

• Active licensure as an LCSW in Nevada.
• Commitment to obtaining licensure in other states as needs arise (newdays.ai will help with the process).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in telehealth service delivery and ability to use virtual platforms effectively.
• Passion for technology-driven solutions in mental and cognitive health.

Desired Criteria

• Experience in working with aging populations, MCI, and dementia.
• Experience implementing cognitive rehabilitation, training, stimulation interventions into treatment.
• Background in telehealth provision of cognitive rehabilitation or neuropsychological interventions.
