True Path Behavioral Health is a developing outpatient behavioral health program in Las Vegas providing substance use and co-occurring disorder mental health treatment. We are building a structured, ethical, and collaborative clinical team focused on high-quality care and strong documentation practices.
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual therapy services to clients in our IOP and outpatient programs.

Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs, strengths, and goals within behavioral health and social work frameworks.
- Provide individual addiction counseling and behavioral health support for IOP and OP clients, tailored to individual circumstances, promoting recovery and resilience.
- Develop updated individualized treatment plans
- Complete progress notes and documentation in compliance with Medicaid and state regulations
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and other team members
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a clinical social worker in Nevada.
- Strong background in crisis intervention, crisis management, addiction counseling, and behavioral health services. Experience in substance use or dual diagnosis preferred.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, compassion, and transparency.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- CPR/First Aid (Willingness to obtain).
Schedule
Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
No evenings or weekends.
Compensation
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience, licensure, and demonstrated clinical competency.
Opportunities for salary and professional growth are available as the practice expands.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
