Springfield Staffing is hiring an experienced Licensed Master Level Clinician (LCSW) for a 26-week travel contract in Cordova, Alaska. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a collaborative behavioral health team.

Job Details

• Location: Cordova, AK
• Contract Length: 26 Weeks (6 Months)
• Start Date: October 5, 2026
• Schedule: 40 Hours per Week
• Pay: Up to $3,000 per Week
• Housing: Provided at no cost to the traveler

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
• Deliver crisis intervention and outpatient behavioral health services.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment planning, case conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community agencies.
• Advocate for clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Requirements

• Active Alaska LCSW License required.
• Experience in mental health counseling and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload.
