We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a remote capacity. Responsibilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using clinical terminology and standardized tools such as ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral health interventions
- Deliver specialized care for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, substance use disorders, Alzheimer's care, and other complex conditions
- Implement crisis intervention strategies promptly to ensure patient safety and stability during acute episodes
- Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies using EMR/EHR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient assessment, and care coordination across home and community settings
- Engage in clinical research activities such as data collection and outcome tracking to support continuous quality improvement efforts
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCMHC, LMFT or equivalent in your state with active certification to practice remotely
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or geriatrics in mental health or behavioral health settings
- Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation, data collection, and medical records management
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, or special education needs is highly desirable
- Background in crisis management, mental health assessments, psychiatric patient care, and addiction counseling preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health interventions and familiarity with CPT coding and ICD coding standards such as ICD-9/10 is advantageous

Pay: $41.73 - $50.25 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 32.0 per week
