Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist

Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Behavioral Health Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to individuals. The therapist will assess clients' mental health needs, develop treatment plans, provide individual therapy, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual mental health counseling and therapy to clients.
• Conduct clinical assessments and identify clients' behavioral and mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and treatment goals.
• Diagnose and treat appropriate mental health conditions within the scope of licensure.
• Document progress notes, treatment plans, assessments, and other required clinical records.
• Monitor clients' progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
• Provide education and support to clients and, when appropriate, their families.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals.
• Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active clinical license such as LCSW, LCMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent state credential.
• Clinical experience providing mental health therapy is preferred.
• Experience working with adults, adolescents, children, or families is a plus.
• Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60.0 per week
