Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Suburban Psychiatric Associates, LLP is looking for a fully licensed clinical social worker (LCSW - R) to join our growing practice, with openings in Hamburg and Lancaster, NY. We offer qualified candidates a professional private setting to provide counseling. We are seeking full or part time candidates that will provide mental health counseling to children, adolescent and adults in our outpatient setting. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be expected to provide

• Initial Assessments

• Individual Psychotherapy Sessions

• Family Therapy

• Formulating Treatment Plans

• Document all sessions, encounters/interaction with patient via MEDENT EMR

• Collaborate and coordinate care with the psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and/or patient PCP as appropriate

• NYS LCSW-R licensure (required)
