Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health and behavioral care team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing clinical documentation standards and medical terminology.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and trauma-informed interventions like PTSD care.
• Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation within EMR/EHR systems, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards including CPT coding and ICD coding.
• Provide case management services, including patient assessment, care coordination, and referral to community resources or specialized services such as special education or autism support.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives focused on behavioral health outcomes, data collection, and evidence-based practice improvements.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent in the relevant state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental health disorders, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders.
• Strong skills in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and addiction counseling.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and patient data management.
• Knowledge of crisis management techniques and experience working in hospital or community care settings.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer's care needs, or geriatrics is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement, social work case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $56,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
