Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LISW) – Outpatient Psychiatry

RT Clinics is a growing outpatient psychiatry practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We are seeking a motivated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with adults in a collaborative outpatient psychiatric setting alongside psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners.

Position Overview

The therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.

Our goal is to provide therapists with scheduling flexibility and a compensation structure that offers stability while allowing income to grow as their caseload develops.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling
• Guaranteed pay equivalent to 12 hours per week during the initial caseload-building period
• Once the guaranteed 12 hours are exceeded, additional compensation is based on completed patient visits
• Opportunity to increase hours as the therapist's caseload grows
• Potential for a larger ongoing role as the practice continues to expand

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy based on each patient's diagnosis, goals, and clinical needs
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other members of the treatment team
• Participate in treatment planning and care coordination when appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals and interventions as clinically indicated
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and comply with ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW or LISW license in good standing
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services preferred
• Comfortable treating adults with a broad range of psychiatric conditions
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary psychiatric team
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) preferred

Preferred Experience

Experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred. Experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health is beneficial but not required.
