Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) mental health provider to join our team in providing essential support and therapy services in our Benton clinic. This is an in-person position with a flexible schedule (set your own hours) and may include telehealth options as well.

Responsibilities
Conduct individual therapy sessions, intake assessments, treatment plans and reviews, schedule clients efficiently
- Assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate as a positive member of our team and contribute to the growth of Reach.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging situations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate families on coping strategies and available resources.
- Stay updated on best practices in child mental health and therapy techniques.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Comply with clinical guidelines, company policies, licensure requirements, standard of care, payer requirements, etc.
Qualifications
- Valid Arkansas state licensure as a Licensed Certified/Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Experience providing mental health care to children or teens, adults and their families in a clinical setting.
- Prefer experience with children under age 8, not but not required.
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders affecting your ideal client demographic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
