Starting Pay: $67 per Completed Therapy Session + $25/Hour for Approved Administrative Work

Panorama Healing is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an independently licensed clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, competitive compensation, and the support of a growing private practice—without having to build a caseload entirely on their own.

The position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position if desired by the clinician and as caseload grows.

Weekend appointments are optional and based on therapist preference.

About the Position

The LCSW will provide high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families based on the clinician’s areas of competence and interest.

We are especially interested in a clinician who is passionate about serving English- and Spanish-speaking individuals and families and who values compassionate client-centered care.

Responsibilities may include conducting clinical assessments, developing and maintaining treatment plans, providing individual and/or family therapy, completing timely clinical documentation, coordinating care when clinically appropriate, maintaining professional and ethical standards, and participating in required practice meetings, training, or consultation.

Qualifications

Applicants should:

• Hold a current New Mexico LCSW license in good standing
• Be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Maintain professional liability insurance as required
• Be eligible for credentialing with applicable insurance plans
• Have strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and appropriate clinical boundaries
• Be comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
• Practice in accordance with HIPAA, professional ethics, and applicable state and federal requirements
• Be committed to providing respectful, culturally responsive care to diverse populations
