Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality mental health and behavioral care within our organization. This role is strictly for over licensed social workers as they do day-to-day therapy and therapy adolescent children. If oversight is four hours or less, the rate is $100 an hour.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in ongoing client communication to monitor progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed to ensure client safety and stability during urgent situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee clinical practices within the team to ensure quality care delivery and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans that support clients' overall well-being.
• Stay current with best practices in clinical social work, mental health treatment modalities, and relevant legal or ethical updates.

Experience

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credential required.
• Proven experience in clinical social work with a focus on mental health and behavioral care.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments effectively.
• Experience providing crisis intervention in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Prior experience with clinical documentation and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations is preferred.
