Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Open Door Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable licensed therapist to provide behavioral health services to Medicaid clients. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with the potential to grow as our client base expands.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and reassessments
• Provide individual therapy to assigned clients
• Develop treatment recommendations and individualized treatment plans
• Complete progress notes and all required clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Review and sign applicable service orders and clinical documents
• Maintain documentation that meets Medicaid, HIPAA, and managed-care requirements
• Coordinate with clients, caregivers, providers, and Open Door staff as needed
• Participate in care coordination and treatment-plan reviews
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as an LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, or other qualified behavioral health professional
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Experience completing clinical assessments and providing individual therapy
• Knowledge of Medicaid documentation and medical-necessity requirements preferred
• Strong written communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to complete documentation within required deadlines
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently
• Must successfully complete all required background and credentialing checks

• Compensation discussed based on licensure, experience, and assigned responsibilities

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
