We work alongside our members and their families to help them better understand and cope with their diagnoses, build self-esteem, develop healthy coping skills, and gain greater control and confidence in their everyday lives.

Position summary

We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and client-focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a part-time basis in Houston, Texas.

The LCSW will provide clinical and behavioral-health services to individuals and families and will work collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals to support positive mental-health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Conduct psychosocial and behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on member needs and goals.
• Provide mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Help members develop coping skills and strategies for managing mental health symptoms.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate support.
• Develop and implement Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) when applicable.
• Collaborate with members, families, medical providers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Connect members with appropriate community resources and services.
• Educate and support members and families in understanding mental health diagnoses and treatment.
• Monitor member progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination.
• Provide telehealth services when appropriate.
• Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Qualification

• Active Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Clinical experience providing mental-health or behavioral-health services.
• Two or more years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing individual therapy preferred.
• Experience with family and/or couples therapy preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with clients.
• Strong commitment to client-centered and compassionate care.

Compensation

• Compensation is negotiable for the right candidate.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
