Adler Therapy Group is seeking a PEDIATRIC Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing mental health team. We offer flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the stability of a W2 position with the option to choose the compensation model that works best for you.

Compensation Options

• Guaranteed salary range $75,000–$85,000 depending on experience
• Pay-per-session (Guaranteed rate for every patient) option available (rate based on experience)
• W2 employee (not 1099)
• Consistent referral base and scheduling support

Position Highlights

• Provide outpatient mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
