What You’ll Do

• Empower Clinicians: Provide exceptional supervision and mentorship to a team of LCSWA therapists and MSW interns.
• Provide Psychotherapy Services: Offer psychotherapy to individuals, and ideally, couples and families, alongside supervisory duties.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid North Carolina LCSW license, with 2 years post-licensure experience, and be an approved social work supervisor.
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Experience supervising clinical social workers is a plus.
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
• Team Leader: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and thriving team environment.

Background Requirements

• Hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a CSWE-accredited program
• Be a licensed LCSW in good standing with the North Carolina Social Work Certification and Licensure Board
• Have at least two years of post-LCSW clinical experience
