VirtuCare Harmony is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual mental health counseling services. We are a growing healthcare organization committed to improving access to quality mental health care for individuals and families across the communities we serve.

This is a fully remote position offering flexible scheduling and the ability to choose your own hours within our practice operating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation within the Tebra EHR system.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention support when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license.
• Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling.
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment.
• Experience with diverse populations, including Medicaid patients preferred.
• Experience with Tebra EHR preferred but not required (training provided).

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Private and secure workspace for telehealth sessions.
• Computer or laptop with webcam and microphone.
• Ability to use Tebra EHR for documentation and scheduling.
